Prof. Katarzyna Tworek

Responsible for day-to-day operations within the H3LIX project. Expert researcher in human resources management, organizational behavior, and IT for management systems. Previously served as Dean of Management Faculty at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Contributing strategic vision and academic rigor to our mission.

Chief Science Officer

Prof. Jacek Małecki

Responsible for research & development within the H3LIX project. Expert researcher in probability theory, data science, and mathematical foundations of artificial intelligence. Works with stochastic processes, interacting particle systems, statistical mechanics, and mathematical physics. Provides the theoretical backbone for H3LIX cognitive modeling and predictive capabilities.

Chief Ethical Officer

Prof. Agnieszka Bieńkowska

Responsible for ethics and leading research & publications within the H3LIX project. Expert and leading researcher in human resources management, organizational behavior, and controlling systems. Previously served as Vice-Rector for Teaching at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Contributing human-centric perspective and academic rigor to our mission.

IT Architecture Lead

Bazyli Zygan

Responsible for the technological development within the H3LIX project. Leading the architectural design and operational implementation of H3LIX's technological vision. Ensures the seamless integration and performance of our advanced AI algorithms.

Chief Infrastructure Officer

Petrus Vermeulen

Responsible for infrastructure within the H3LIX project. Specializing in robust data centers, scalable infrastructure, and advanced networking. Designs and manages the foundational systems that power H3LIX's operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Susanne Jonsson

Responsible for the H3LIX project operations of US Office, external communication and vision implementation.
